So how exactly does the Text Book Swap Meet work?We try to make things here as simple as possible. There is no membership requirements, no sign up fee, or any other hidden requirements for this site. If you want to sell a book, just fill out the form on the page with your book information and preferred (phone/email or both) method of contact. Pay the one dollar fee per book and your book is submitted into our directory. If you want to buy a book, find the book you want, then contact the buyer (usually by phone) and arrange a meeting and deal. It's that simple. How much does it cost?If you want to add your book to our directory, it is only one dollar per book. If you want to browse our directory, then it is free! How do I Pay?Our method of payment here is PayPal. If you do not have a credit card an alternative method of easy payment is being devised. (Perhaps a big cookie jar in the library with a slit in the lid and it chained to a desk?) So unfortunately, for the time being, we hope that you can still participate. Where does the money go?All funds from the Text Book Swap Meet go to the Scoop club. Who is the Scoop club? What do they do?The Scoop club is a new club on campus this Spring 2005 semester that is dedicated to health and fitness awareness for Mt. SAC students wishing to be healthier.
