So you buy a book from the book store, only to discover that the same book you need is on this web page; cheaper. What do you do?Simple: You return it the book you bought from the book store, and then buy it here. According to the Sac Book Rac website refund policies, every student has until the end of the third week to return their books and receive a full refund when "all other conditions have been met." Unfortunately, after that books will be bought back at "market value". (An interesting note about that. The Sac Book Rac also claims to purchase books back from students "up to 50%" of the original price you paid for, regardless of it's actual market value. On top of that, have you ever noticed the store employee who buys back your book carefully examining the book and using any known methodology to actually determine such "market value"? Or does he or she simply give a quick browse for any noticeable damage, then scan the book so that the cash register can ring up an already pre-determined price?) My point in all that: It's time for a change. Rate your professor! For those of you who don't know about this, there is an interesting website called www.ratemyprofessors.com which gives users the ability to leave uncensored comments about their professors.
